Booking Policy:
30% deposit with Credit Card details are required to confirm a reservation.
One night surcharge of NZ$20 applies during higher seasons.
Reservations are accepted in good faith. Cancellations affect us significantly.
In the event of cancellation, the following policy applies:
Reservation cancelled after deposit paid incurs
a small booking fee.
Reservation cancelled within 30 days of arrival - 30% charge
Reservation cancelled within 7 days of arrival - 100% charge
However, in each case, if room can be resold then full refund (less booking fee) would be forthcoming.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any
unforeseen circumstance.
